Innovtive Marine Tray Installation

The DPI Marine tray concept is ideal on marine installation where reduced space does not allow ladder cable tray installation. This tray system is compliant with international standard and classification companies requirements. Loading supporting, distance between rungs is adjusted on demand.

The design is specially engineered to reduce the installation time and cost:

The accessory and support quantities are minimized, meanwhile the layout design and installations are easily realized.

The rungs are aligned with the upper part of the side sections. On such design, sharp edge does not exist: The cables would not be damaged when changing route or leaving the tray at any location

The elbows are having frames especially designed to be installed in the continuity of the straight pieces with no need for additional junction or support elements.

When installed in continuity, the horizontal elbow is self supported from the straight pieces. (On large trays, one support shall be added at mid, span)

The vertical elbow does not need additional support.
